Hello, I'm Sally Herriott

I’m a keen food-lover, but that’s not why you’ll engage my services. As a company that embraces change, you’ll want to partner with someone who gets your vision. Someone who has walked a mile in your shoes. I am highly collaborative & professional; I step neatly into different departments without  treading on toes to transport brand thinking into everyday actions.

Let me tell you a quick story about me. Some of it’s about food, but mostly it’s about people and places.

I’ve been fortunate to live and travel throughout my career to meet and work with some fantastic people. I completed an international MBA at Cardiff Business School before joining a farm-to-table food manufacturing company, where I spent ten enlightening years learning how to grow a business. Nurturing relationships & supplying over $65M of fresh food annually to the UK & Europe’s premier supermarkets & food service companies keeps you on your toes.

Experienced in new product development, I’ve led cross-functional teams from insight, product trials to launch.

In 2013, Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada became home. In a new country, my first role was to develop the marketing & sales strategy for online-based corporate wellness programs, a start-up ahead of its time.

I joined Open Blue, a pioneer of open ocean farming in the deep waters of the Caribbean. Healthy and a chef’s choice, farmed cobia was a relatively unknown species. The goal was to shape species & brand awareness with top chefs worldwide. The company scooped significant awards with a truly international team.

A born creative & problem-solver, I set up Radish in 2020 to focus on the needs of businesses like yours – companies with big ambitions. Growing SMEs. The innovative ingredient makers. Companies looking for someone they can trust & importantly, enjoy working with, minus the impersonality of an agency.
